9. Hillel Peace Mural Project
Hillel embarked on a new and exciting program this past semester. Thanks in part to a Tzedek grant we were awarded from Los Angeles Hillel Council, we began creating a Peace Mural entirely created by students. This project came out of a program we held this past fall in memory/honor of Yitzhak Rabin. A group of students developed a mural which reflects the vision of peace and cooperation that were the ideals that Yitzhak Rabin promoted. We hope to have this work travel around the campus and also the community. If you want to find out more about the project or help with it in the fall, contact Lauren Freedman at Lauren.Freedman.649@my.csun.edu
